Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in evidence-based care, including comprehensive DBT, RO DBT, CBT, ERP, CPT, and I-CBT. I work with clients struggling with borderline personality disorder, overcontrol tendencies, OCD, PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is genuine, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, and for those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into therapy. I offer both individual and group sessions, in person or virtual, and my therapy dog, Stewart, often joins us as a supportive presence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current challenges, and what goals you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll start identifying which evidence-based approaches may be the best fit for you. The pace will be comfortable, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
