Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. I completed my graduate training in psychiatric mental health and have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and other mood concerns. I believe in creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, combining thoughtful medication management with supportive care. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I take time to listen and understand your experiences, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing openly. I integrate evidence-based medication management with a holistic perspective, considering factors such as lifestyle, stress, and overall well-being. I value open communication and believe in working together to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and empowering. My goal is to support you in making meaningful, sustainable progress in your mental health.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a supportive, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment where we take time to get to know you. We’ll review your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from treatment, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms and overall well-being, and we’ll begin identifying goals that are meaningful and realistic for you. By the end of the session, we’ll discuss initial impressions and outline a collaborative plan for next steps, which may include treatment options and follow-up care. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and supported.
