Michael Ham

I graduated with my MSW from the University of Hawaii. It was there that I developed a deep appreciation for different cultures. The program emphasized this and a strength perspective which I have continued to incorporate within my style of therapy. I tend to be goal-oriented and solution-focused. I am very involved in the therapeutic process and am very invested in seeing my clients progress and grow.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and sexual issues, as well as working with the LGBT population.

Clients come to therapy looking for expertise and guidance. For this reason, I tend to be rather goal-oriented and solution-focused---very involved in the process. I enjoy empowering clients, so they feel more confident in their decision-making and implementing new skills learned in therapy.
