I am a mental health counselor specializing in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I graduated from the University of Florida where I completed an internship at UF Health Medical Psychology's OCD program. Upon graduation, I worked at Rogers Behavioral Health, a leading OCD facility, where I ran the Intensive Outpatient Program for OCD.
To treat OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which is the leading evidence based treatment for OCD. In addition, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will be used as well. I make sure to move through treatment at your pace, helping you be as successful as possible each step of the way.
Sessions for OCD using ERP can be challenging, yet incredibly rewarding. During this process, I provide you with the support you need to be successful challenging your intrusive thoughts.
