Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome to therapy! I have over ten years of experience working in the social work field and over six years of experience as a licensed therapist. My approach with clients is always to go at their pace and make therapy something they look forward to. One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is being able to make clients comfortable! I think therapy should be a safe place of comfort to process, grieve, and also celebrate the small victories we experience every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is always to find out what is meaningful to the client to work on. I want to hear about what you want to be different in your life and figure out the tools we can use together to get you there.

What you can expect from me

I strive for clients to leave each session with an insight they didn't have before. Each session should be a chance for growth, to learn how to cope more efficiently, and most importantly, to give yourself some grace.
