Hi, my name is Michelle. The most crucial factor in finding the healing you seek is the connection you can develop with your therapist. I will always keep you as the focus of my work. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am constantly learning and growing through advanced certifications. Still, the most critical resource in my practice is my ability to hear and understand my clients as we develop plans for treatment and healing.
I utilize a variety of modalities and approaches in my work as a therapist, including Christian faith-based counseling, depending on the needs of my clients. I can meet with clients via telehealth or in-person on our farm on Maryland's Eastern Shore or in the office. I a certified EMDR therapist which helps process past trauma. On our farm, I can combine proven therapy techniques with the trusting nature of animals and the calming influence of the outdoors as I help my clients heal.

Some of these tools for living include developing strategies for problem-solving, skills for resolving conflict, coping techniques for trauma, approaches to unlock self-destructive thinking, an ability to identify and healthily express emotions, and spiritual disciplines.
