Great to meet you!

I work with people who struggle with feelings of anxiety, perfectionistic tendencies, people pleasing, feelings of self-worth/self-esteem, and family/relationship issues. You may be someone who presents to the world as being “put together” but on the inside you feel the complete opposite. Many times this may mean that you feel overlooked and people would be surprised to know you are struggling.

My approach to therapy

My role as a therapist is to help guide and encourage you in where you want to grow. You are the expert in your own life, which is why we will set goals that are at your own pace. My goal is that you have the space to discover yourself, feel understood, and move towards healing.

What you can expect from me
