My background involves working within the human services field where I have developed a deeper understanding and passion in working with individuals with a variety of needs. My goal is to help you attain skills and overcome obstacles that you are currently facing by working together, moving in a positive direction and imparting tools you can utilize for the road ahead.

I will offer a safe space where you can be real with your thoughts and feelings and comfortable expressing them.

The first session will include introductions, building rapport, establishing confidentiality and gathering information about what brought you to seek out support. Additional information regarding, background, symptoms and goals will also be explored.
