Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they explore their identities, experiences, and beliefs in a space filled with warmth and compassion. I work with teens and adults seeking a greater sense of peace, balance and harmony through fostering a deeper self-understanding and personal growth. I also have specialty in women's issues, perinatal and postpartum mental health and infertility, as well as the life transition into motherhood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in a bottom-up approach, in which we will explore your experiences in life and get curious about the direct and indirect messaging that presented in those experiences and how those experiences and messages influence you currently.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be an opportunity to get to know each other and learn about what brought you to therapy. It's normal to feel nervous or "weird." We'll move at your pace and I'll always be there to support you.
