Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and grounded therapist who believes that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I honor the vulnerability it requires to share your story.

I value authenticity and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process you are the expert of your life, and I am here to walk alongside you with support, insight, and care.

I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine human connection into the room. I believe in growth, self-awareness, and the power each person has to heal and transform.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based. This means I meet you where you are, honor your pace, and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I believe you already carry strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom. Sometimes they just need space and support to emerge.

In our work together, I focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths, clarify your values, and build on what is already working in your life. Rather than viewing you through a lens of deficits, I see you as capable, resourceful, and worthy of growth.

I strive to create therapeutic environment built on empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness. Through collaboration and reflection, we work together to deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on building a safe and supportive space where you can share your story at your own pace. I will ask questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We will also begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals, while making sure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable. This session is about connection, clarity, and setting a foundation for meaningful work moving forward.
