Great to meet you!

Seeking help never seems easy at first. After stepping into a comfortable and nurturing environment you’ll soon start to feel the weight come off your shoulders. As a licensed therapist I have engaged in the mental health field for the past 10 years in a variety of settings. This diverse background has driven me towards work focused on transitions, life challenges, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Creating a safe space for you to process your feelings, thoughts, and traumas is important to me. Your story is yours and I understand the courage it takes to share it with me. You are the expert of your experience and therefore my approach is to empower you through authenticity. Together through a collaborative approach we can explore your personal strengths, uncover grit and resilience, and learn ways to cope through the human experience.

What you can expect from our first session

Welcoming and safe environment to allow your authentic self to present. I aim to release tension, find clarity, and build self confidence.
