Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate through anxiety, depression, trauma and major life transitions. I work with adults, couples, and lead groups, providing a thoughtful and supportive space to explore challenges and create meaningful change.

My approach combines psychodynamic therapy with practical, goal-oriented strategies. Together, we look not only at current symptoms, but also at deeper patterns-how past experiences, relationships, and stress shape the way you feel and respond today.

I also integrate body-awareness and trauma-informed techniques to help regulate stress, improve emotional resilience, and support long-term healing.

Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of uncertainty, after a diagnosis, loss, relationship changes, or when life no longer feels aligned. Therapy becomes the place to slow down, understand what is happening internally, and begin moving forward with more clarity and stability

What I can help with:

Anxiety and Chronic Stress

Depression and low motivation

Trauma and past experiences

Relationship and family issues

Life transitions and identity changes

ADHD and focus challenges

My approach to therapy

My work is collaborative and tailored to each person. I aim to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where insight can translate into real life change.

I draw from :

Psychodynamic therapy

Cognitive-behavioral techniques

Trauma informed care

Mind-body awareness

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you would like to change and improve. I may ask you questions about your background, relationships, and patterns to better understand the full picture.

You don't need to have everything figured out - this is a space to begin.
