My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, accepting, inquisitive, lighthearted, and encouraging. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Biblical Counseling (if preferred), and other research supported therapies, as well as collaborating to find practical and effective solutions.

Clients can expect to increase their self-awareness so they are better able to navigate and overcome stressful thoughts and belief systems. Clients can expected to feel supported and have a collaborator alongside them to find solutions and peace related to their presenting problems.
