Great to meet you!

Hi! Natalie here - a Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling with 8 years of clinical experience, specializing with adolescents and young adults, but helping a wide range of clients within my community navigate diverse life challenges. I hold a Masters in Counseling degree from Northwestern University, with specialized training in trauma-informed care. My practice focuses on treatment areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, self-development and really finding ways to get "unstuck" and out of our own way!

My approach to therapy

I typically create an approach that is tailored to the unique needs of the client. When it comes to therapy, there is not a one technique fits all model, however, the foundation of my approach is always rooted in principles of trauma-informed care. Much of my early training was based in psychodynamic theories, which gets us looking at childhood, and cognitive behavioral therapy, which helps us rewire unhealthy thoughts. I like to make the space collaborative and challenging to encourage growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients working with me can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward goals that fit you. My focus is on helping clients develop tools that can foster long-term growth and resilience, both within and beyond our sessions. By creating a safe and collaborative environment, I encourage clients to explore challenges openly and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.
