Great to meet you!

I work from a structured, intentional, and evidence-informed approach, with the belief that therapy should be both supportive and active. Clients can expect more than just listening; sessions are thoughtfully guided toward understanding patterns, creating meaning, and facilitating change. I hold two master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Addictions, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and I am currently completing doctoral-level training.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative, evidence-informed approach that draws from CBT-informed cognitive restructuring, Motivational Interviewing, supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamic and attachment-based exploration, and psychoeducation. Interventions are selected based on clinical presentation and client needs rather than a single manualized model.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe, respectful space where you can share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your current concerns, relevant life history, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. While I prioritize listening and validation, sessions are active and intentional—we’ll begin identifying patterns, stressors, and areas that may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
