Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Neda Allam and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oklahoma. I have 6+ years of experience in the mental health field in both inpatient and outpatient setting and am passionate in the work I do with clients.

You can also view my practice, To Thrive Counseling and Consulting at tothrivecc.com

A bit about my approach to therapy

Relationships are important and a key factor in any person’s development. Supportive and nurturing relationships allow clients the ability to feel safe, let go of the need to constantly be resilient, and to be able to have hope. For that reason, it’s my goal to ensure an environment and space that you feel safe to share, explore, and work through your issues.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my goal to help clients create a mindset where they feel they are finally able to thrive. It is also my belief that we are so much more deserving than what we settle for and put up with. For that reason, clients can expect to be empowered and supported as they gain new skills, strategies, and insights into what it means to thrive as we work through issues and whatever you feel is holding you back.
