Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I am Nezha Elomari, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and one of the owners of Beautiful Mind and Body Psychiatry. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing culturally sensitive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. With over eight years of experience as a psychiatric nurse, I bring a strong clinical foundation to the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, OCD, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders in adolescent and adult populations.

My approach to therapy

I provide holistic, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to everyone’s needs and goals. My work includes comprehensive evaluation, thoughtful medication management, and supportive therapy across the lifespan, with a focus on geriatric psychiatry and dementia care. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, empowered, and supported in achieving lasting emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive care in a safe, nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are heard and valued. I take the time to listen carefully, understand your experiences, and work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs, goals, and life circumstances.

My care is grounded in evidence-based practice and may include thoughtful medication management, supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help you manage emotional challenges and improve daily functioning. I focus not only on symptom relief but also on promoting long-term stability, resilience, and overall well-being.

I am committed to clear communication, continuity of care, and building a trusting therapeutic relationship so you feel supported throughout your mental health journey.
