Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication, work, family and relationship issues. I encourage you to take the first courageous step towards greater self-awareness, increased confidence, and healthier relationships. Take the time to invest in your well-being. You are worth it.

My approach to therapy

I firstly create a safe and warm environment virtually that will allow you to share your innermost thoughts and feelings without judgement. Then, with the use of CBT and solution focused techniques, you will identify negative thought patterns that are contributing to uncomfortable emotions and how past successes can lead to present achievements.

What you can expect from me

Preserving your mental well-being doesn't have to be “just one more thing” added to the to do list. In each session, I will collaborate with you on setting goals to help break negative thinking patterns and behaviors that have been holding you back from living a life that's joyful and meaningful. My hope is that you will leave each session feeling empowered with practical solutions and tools to deal with daily life.
