Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am Nicole, I have been in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2002 and truly love what I do.

Over the years, I have worked with an incredibly wide range of clients and every sort of personal, developmental and relationship issue. I have a particular strength in helping women process past hurts and traumas that may be getting in the way of present-day relationships.

My approach to therapy

I am an active therapist and see myself as a partner in your change, rather than an expert who knows what's best for you. Most importantly, I'm easy to talk to. My goal is simple: I am committed to providing insightful therapy in a respectful, safe and understanding environment.

What you can expect from me

Regardless of what brings you in, I believe that your therapy should be challenging and enriching. I think you will find me down-to-earth and approachable. I use humor in my work and my therapy style is involved and dynamic. I warmly welcome anyone into my practice who is interested in the journey of self-discovery, personal growth and lasting change.
