Great to meet you!

Hi! I am the Executive Director of EDNI Counseling Services and a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children ages 3 to 21. My journey into counseling began with a deep passion for helping others. After completing my Master’s in Counseling in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals, families, and children through life’s challenges with empathy and understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open-minded, warm, and family-oriented. I believe in creating a space where clients feel safe to be themselves—where humor, honesty, and connection are welcome parts of the process. I work to build positive self-esteem, celebrate progress, and support each person’s unique journey with compassion and a sense of lightness when it’s needed most.

What you can expect from me

I’ve developed a special focus on supporting new mothers. From my own personal experience, I understand the unique challenges of motherhood and how isolating it can sometimes feel. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where your story is valued, and you can feel truly heard. Whether you're seeking support with personal growth, family matters, or navigating the journey into motherhood, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth and care every step of the way.
