Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training from Columbia University, with experience working with individuals, couples, and families across private practice and clinical settings.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support individuals navigating neurodivergence, including ADHD, OCD, and ASD.

Clients often describe me as direct, honest, and easy to talk to. I create a comfortable space where you don’t have to filter yourself, so we can get clear on what’s really going on and begin to move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting client–therapist relationship that supports meaningful growth and lasting change.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address current challenges, while integrating psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and neuro-informed approaches to explore deeper, long-term needs. I also incorporate holistic perspectives to support the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

I help you understand what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and reactions so you can feel more grounded and clear. Therapy with me is not just about talking, it’s about gaining awareness and learning how to respond differently in the moments that matter.

I integrate practical strategies with real-life application, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use.

I’m active in sessions and will guide you throughout the process, but therapy is collaborative.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can speak openly without feeling rushed or evaluated. My goal is to understand what’s bringing you in, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to be different.

We’ll begin identifying your goals and clarifying what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving relationships, processing past experiences, or feeling more in control day-to-day.

I’ll also ask thoughtful, targeted questions to get a clear picture of your current challenges and how they’re impacting your life. This helps us begin creating a direction for our work together.

By the end of the session, you can expect to feel heard, have a better understanding of where we’re going, and leave with a sense of clarity about next steps.
