Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Norina Asante-Kellam, LCMHC, LPC. I’m a first-generation Ghanaian American, a mother of three, and a soul-centered therapist who has worked with children and adolescents for over a decade across school, clinical, and community settings. My work is grounded in both evidence-based approaches and deep respect for each child’s emotional, cultural, and developmental story.
I hold a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. My training helps me blend traditional therapy practices with a holistic, identity-affirming lens that honors the whole child — mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with children and teens navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, identity exploration, family transitions, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism spectrum traits), and the complexities of growing up in today’s world. I center Black children and children of color in my work and offer neurodivergent-affirming care that makes space for each child to feel seen, safe, and supported.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet your child with compassion, curiosity, and care — and who will partner with you to support their growth — I’d be honored to walk alongside your family on this journey.
