Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping people of all ages lead a more fulfilling life. In a confidential space we will explore areas where you feel stuck, experience difficulty, or are contemplating change, with the goal of feeling more confident and whole. My own journey to 'self' has included overcoming many challenges. If you're struggling and want to make lasting changes, I'd love to help you tap into your inner wisdom and provide you the clinical support you need to get there.

My approach to therapy

For 17 years I've facilitated the healing of people with low self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, infertility, substance abuse, eating disorders, dating to divorce, parenting issues, conflict/relationship problems and more. I believe that I have walked my difficult path so that I'd be an empathetic and skilled therapist for other women.

What you can expect from me

In a safe space we will explore what areas of your life you are unsatisfied with and I will provide a deeper understanding and focused solutions to help you create the change you seek. The goal is to feel empowered, more whole, and see a clear path forward.
