Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over six years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to the elderly, including those with disabilities. While I’ve had the privilege of working in hospitals, non-profit, and for-profit settings, my passion lies in working with adults (ages 21 and up) as they navigate life’s many transitions.

Whether you're adjusting to life after college, facing career shifts, managing health changes, or balancing the responsibilities of caregiving and family, I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore these challenges. As a first-generation American with immigrant parents, I also understand the unique pressures that can come with bridging cultures and expectations. Above all, I want my clients to know that they are not alone—I’m here to walk alongside them with compassion, curiosity, and support.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting individuals where they are, honoring their unique experiences, pace, and needs. My approach is rooted in creating a strong, supportive foundation from which we can build together—step by step. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, where I walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we identify strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical strategies that promote resilience and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a consultation where you share what brought you to therapy, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit. My role is to be a collaborative partner, offering support while empowering you to recognize your own strength. I work to create a safe, open, and nonjudgmental space tailored to your needs, so you can explore, grow, and move forward with confidence.
