Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health therapist working with a variety of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, acculturation issues, and trauma. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults. I can offer you a safe space to navigate challenges, explore feelings, uncover personal strengths, and achieve personal growth. I have supported many clients in their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is humanistic oriented, I believe people have the ability to overcome life difficulties, sometimes we just need that little push, someone to guide us and support us. By providing a warm, accepting, collaborative, and no judgmental space, clients can explore personal experiences, facilitate self discovery, and become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

I will offer clients a safe, no-judgmental, and warm environment to develop a strong therapeutic relationship where clients can feel comfortable, heard, and understood. The goals of therapy will be tailored according to the client’s needs. I believe every person is unique, as I see the importance on understanding and incorporating the client’s beliefs, values, and life experiences into the therapeutic process.
