My approach to therapy

I integrate a client centered approach with a variety of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to name a few. The usage of utilizing a wide range of modalities allows myself to meet clients where they are while integrating the most effective techniques for their unique situations. The client-centered approach helps build trust and ensures that therapy remains relevant and effective.
