Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for 7 years. I have worked with a variety of clients across the lifespan. I believe in providing you information regarding your healthcare and assisting you in being an active participant in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients and ensure they understand and agree with the diagnosis and then review different options and approaches to address their concerns focusing on the areas that are most important to them first.

What you can expect from me

After sessions clients will be able to make informed decisions regarding their health and what solutions they feel will work best for them. Much of my session is often engaged in teaching clients about the cause of their symptoms and then how medication or therapy can work to reduce those symptoms starting with those that are most dysfunctional first. In this way clients are actively participating with their care and their voice can be heard in the decisions that are being made.
