Great to meet you!

Many people experience depression, anxiety, and mood disorders that are intensified by stress, life challenges, and unexpected obstacles. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unmotivated, or struggling with negative thoughts that impact your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. I am committed to helping individuals navigate these emotional and behavioral challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to the therapeutic process. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and difficulty managing emotions. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build confidence so you can move forward with greater clarity, motivation, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. These approaches are effective for addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and negative thinking patterns that may be impacting your quality of life.

Together, we identify triggers, challenge distorted thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. My approach is collaborative and practical, focusing on skills that you can apply in your everyday life. I work with clients to improve emotional regulation, increase motivation, and create meaningful, lasting changes that support mental wellness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a judgment-free space where we begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current challenges, whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, or difficulty managing emotions. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns and goals for your therapy journey.

I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. We’ll begin exploring how thoughts and emotions influence behaviors and discuss strategies to improve motivation, emotional balance, and overall quality of life. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
