Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing trauma-informed care across residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings. My background includes working within the criminal justice system and alongside law enforcement officers, giving me an understanding of the unique impact that cumulative stress, critical incidents, and trauma can have on both personal and professional life.

I specialize in helping women heal from trauma related to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, emotional abuse, attachment trauma, and adverse childhood experiences. I also work with law enforcement professionals experiencing PTSD, cumulative trauma, burnout, anxiety, occupational stress, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and Brainspotting, I help clients process traumatic experiences, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with the life they want to live. My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and confidential space where healing feels possible and lasting change can occur.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership grounded in warmth, honesty, and respect. I strive to create a space where women feel supported, informed, and empowered to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their own voice and strengths. My style is compassionate and direct, balancing emotional support with practical insight and curiosity as we work together toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me, clients can expect a warm, collaborative conversation focused on getting to know them as a whole person — not just the challenges bringing them to therapy. I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals while also helping you feel informed and comfortable with the therapy process. My approach is supportive, curious, and grounded in partnership, with space for both reflection and practical insight. Most importantly, I want clients to leave feeling heard, respected, and less alone in what they are carrying.
