With extensive experience in mindfulness, addiction therapy, and trauma, I draw from both my professional training and personal journey—celebrating 30 years of sobriety from painkillers—to guide clients with compassion and insight. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Married for 31 years and a father to two adult children, I understands the complexities of relationships and family dynamics, offering practical support to help you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you come to therapy looking for solutions to issues he experiencing. My goal is to help solve the problems and this is reflected in my direct solutions focused approach. I try to meet each client with unconditional love and care. I also believe in the healing power of human and that one of the keys to happiness is not taking yourself too seriously. That said he issues you bring forward will be taken seriously and handled with delicacy and care.
