Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with almost a decade of experience in adult psychiatry treating a wide variety of mental health conditions. I received my graduate training in nursing at Boston College, a top tier nursing school. I also have a Master's degree in theological studies from Boston University. I have extensive experience living and working internationally and with diverse populations in the United States. I work with adults 18+ and I have a special interest in working with young adults and others going through significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I work to build trusting relationships with clients in order to better facilitate transformational change. I prescribe medications but also provide supportive therapy and help clients implement healthy lifestyle changes to address mental health issues from a holistic perspective.

What you can expect from me

In an initial session I work with clients to explore what is bringing them in for treatment and then develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address these issues.
