Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Michigan, and I offer telehealth services for individuals seeking support from the comfort of their own space. I work with adults across the lifespan (from young adults to older adults) who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and cultural or related challenges.

I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a space where you can fully express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.

If you’re looking for a supportive space to grow, heal, and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and centered around you – your story, your strengths, and your goals. I believe you already hold many of the tools you need, and together we’ll work to uncover and strengthen them so you can move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Creating a safe, authentic, and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my work. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, knowing you’ll be met with understanding, respect, and compassion. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking balance, I’m here to support you in building a life that feels more hopeful and fulfilling.
