Great to meet you!

I am offering individual therapy. I am passionate about helping those suffering from anxiety and depression. I have experience working with people of a wide range of ages. I also can be a source of support for navigating life transitions and ADD/ADHD. Together, we can defeat self-defeating habits, create and strengthen coping skills, and shift a problematic mindset. I tailor treatment to the individual, and am experienced in teaching Mindfulness-Based coping skills in sessions. I consider myself an LGBTQ+ ally.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to the client's needs, but I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Psychoanalysis, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction strategies into sessions.

What you can expect from me

I want you to be able to feel heard and supported in a judgment-free space. If you feel I could be a good fit for you, I would be honored to support you throughout your healing journey.
