Great to meet you!

I have worked with folks from all walks of life and come from a space of cultural humility so that I can really meet my clients where they are. I use an eclectic approach, pulling from CBT, ACT, and DBT. Above all, my goal is to empower my clients to address their challenges with curiosity instead of judgment, collaborating and exploring along the way.

My approach to therapy

My ideal client is looking for a therapist who will be authentic, affirming, and genuine, who will help you work with your strengths to face life's challenges head-on. I am passionate about working with young adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, or anyone struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship issues, life transitions or just feeling "stuck."

I operate from a gender and neurodiversity-affirming, ENM/poly-informed, anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens.

If you are looking to get "unstuck" or explore ways you can live more in alignment with your values, we might be a great fit.

What you can expect from me

Though it can be scary to take a risk on yourself, you are worth it. We will work together to identify your values, your strengths, and work together to figure out just how to manage it all. If you've made it this far, you're already on your way - reach out for a free, 15-minute phone consult today.
