Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with years of experience working with adults and teenagers. I spent a decade studying psychology and cognitive sciences at the bachelor's and master's levels before entering into private practice. While it's helpful to reflect on your personal experience in sessions with me, I will also use my educational background to help you understand the evolutionary and neurological principles involved in your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for you to process your feelings and to collaborate with you on solving various problems. Life can be painful but we only have the ability to change and take control of ourselves. With Internal Family Systems therapy, we will discover the parts of you that can create obstacles to joy, peace, and fulfillment and restructure the core beliefs that keep you feeling stagnant and inauthentic.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave every session feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more confident. I want all of my clients to know that they can trust me and that I am always rooting for them.
