My goal is to form an individualized plan of care for every client with client involvement, and inter-professional collaboration. Together with medication management, I incorporate solution-oriented strategies and motivational interviewing techniques. I make sure to stay current on new treatments and practices so my clients can achieve their best versions of themselves. I encourage understanding of the treatment plan, symptoms, and open and honest communication.
