Great to meet you!

Life has a way of stretching us,especially when we’re juggling many roles and trying to hold everything together. I’m Raven, a therapist who helps women find calm, clarity, and confidence during life’s transitions.

Together, we’ll work on reducing stress, rebuilding self-trust, and creating habits that support both your peace of mind and your purpose. I believe in blending warmth with accountability, offering a space where you can be heard, supported, and encouraged to grow.

With a background in leadership, supervision, early childhood consulting, and both school- and community-based social work, I bring a holistic perspective to therapy. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity about what truly matters, and move forward with confidence and peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you make real, lasting change. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation where you can unpack your thoughts, gain perspective, and find strategies that actually fit your life, not a one-size-fits-all process.

I use a mix of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. I also draw from strengths-based and person-centered approaches, helping you recognize your existing resilience while building new skills to manage stress and emotions more effectively.

Whether we’re working on setting boundaries, improving communication, or rediscovering your sense of self, I meet you where you are with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools you can use beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you what’s been feeling heavy, what’s been helping, and what you hope to change. I’ll ask questions to understand your story and the areas you want to focus on, but there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. This time is for you to be honest, breathe, and start feeling seen.

Together, we’ll start identifying what balance and peace might look like for you. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a few small, realistic steps you can begin right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.
