Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who began in peer support and later transitioned to working at an LGBTQIA+ group therapy practice and then in hospitals. I am a queer clinician, myself, and provide identity-affirming care, including gender-affirming psychotherapy.

I specialize in working with people navigating trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, burnout, and substance use.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults — including health care professionals (both human and animal medicine).

My approach to therapy

I draw from multiple approaches depending on your needs: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), harm reduction, parts work, and systems thinking

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm introvert who meets you with curiosity and respects your pace. Feel free to snack, doodle, fidget, and bring your pet(s) in our sessions together.
