Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Nevada and Oregon. I hold a Master's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. My approach is person-centered and compassionate, combining humanistic values with evidenced based tools like CBT, and EMDR. I have life experience which helps me as a therapist in relating to my client's challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and client-centered. I believe therapy works best if you feel that you are being treated with a non-judgmental approach and feel truly valued and understood. I help you create a meaningful change at your pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we will work on gaining insight, developing practical tools for communication, and building a stronger sense of self and connection. My goal is to help you make meaningful progress in a way that feels authentic and manageable.
