Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating life transitions and relational change and shifting identity roles. I also support students and early-career professionals experiencing anxiety, stress, and performance pressure.

My style is direct, engaged, and collaborative. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck in patterns that aren’t serving them anymore. They’re looking for a therapist who can help them make sense of what’s happening while also moving toward real, sustainable change. Humor and humanity often naturally emerge in the work, alongside deeper emotional exploration.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices. I focus on both insight and action—helping clients understand the underlying patterns contributing to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and challenges navigating life transitions, while also developing practical tools for change.

Therapy with me is active and relational. We pay attention to patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and work toward greater clarity, emotional regulation, and more intentional decision-making over time.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a structured but open conversation where we explore what brings you in, what feels most urgent right now, and what you hope will be different through therapy. I’ll ask questions to help us understand your current concerns in the context of your broader history and patterns.

Clients can expect a grounded, collaborative space where we begin organizing what feels overwhelming and identifying early direction for treatment. Most people leave the first session with a clearer sense of their goals and what working together may look like moving forward.
