Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a background in systems therapy. I honor the tension between seeking connection and managing how we are affected by those around us. I love nature and have a pretty direct yet relaxed style.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, parenting, relationships and attachment challenges, life changes (even "Life-Quakes" as author Bruce Feiler calls them) or stages. I also work with many women with ADHD, those experiencing PMDD, peri/menopause, empty-nesting and support through the midlife experience.

What you can expect from me

At our first session we will get to know each other! I will explain how I work overall and learn more about you and where you're at. My hope is to cultivate and open and honest communication between us to uncover your challenges and your strengths so you can get what you want and need out of our counseling relationship.
