Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner helping adults improve their mental health and well-being. I provide compassionate, inclusive, and personalized psychiatric care that honors your individuality and empowers you toward lasting wellness. I’m dedicated to partnering with you to support your unique goals, strengths, and needs by creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. As a college professor, I also work with educators, college students, and lifelong learners of all ages as they face life transitions and academic pressures.

My approach to therapy

Everyone deserves to feel understood, valued, and supported. My approach is open-minded, warm, and humorous, and combines therapy, medication management, and holistic integrative options to help you feel your best. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your life, one that evolves with you.

What you can expect from me

Starting your mental health journey can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a free, no-commitment 15-minute intro session for you to get to know me, ask questions, and see if my approach feels right for you.
