Great to meet you!

I have my masters in Clinical Social work and have over 10 years experience providing crisis services in Maine. I've done outpatient therapy in several different settings including working with families involved with DHHS, play therapy, and providing therapy in a primary care office. I've also worked in addiction recovery treatment.

My approach to therapy

I believe in providing skills and psychoeducation to people, but most importantly providing compassion, honesty and a non-judgmental space. I view my role is often to reflect back to people the patterns and beliefs I'm witnessing and helping them determine what they want to do with that information.

What you can expect from me

I hope people leave a session with clarity, insight and a sense of direction. I also hope people feel that their session is a space they can be completely themselves.
