My preferred pronouns are she/her/hers and they/them/theirs. I cultivate a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic services. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a safe space for identity exploration, so that individuals can more fully embody their truth in their day to day life. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate and encouraging experience to assist with whatever difficulties an individual is being confronted with.

My approach to therapy

I have 14 years of experience working in the field of mental health in a variety of settings and using a variety of modalities (CBT, DBT , MI, Solution focused therapy, trauma informed CBT) My practices are rooted in holistic, strength based, trauma informed care.

I support all individuals in an open-minded, culturally sensitive, inter sectional and anti-racist way and I have extensive experience providing services to the LGBTQIA + communities and the LATIN-X & BIPOC communities in an affirmative manner.
