Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my page to learn more about me!

I am guided by curiosity and empathy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is very important.

I enjoy working with folx who are queer, trans, gender-diverse, and those who have experienced trauma.

I like to create a space that is comfortable and affirming. I’m open to feedback and adjusting approaches as you need. I work to create a space that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and client-centered.

A bit about me outside of therapy things: I like reading thriller books, doing sudoku puzzles, crocheting (poorly) and hanging out with my dog!!

I hope to speak with you soon and learn about what you’re looking for in a therapist! Great job doing the work to find a therapist for yourself!

My approach to therapy

I am trained in two trauma specific therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR. I am also trained in CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

First session will include us getting to know each other and determine if we are a good fit moving forward. I’m also happy to share about my approach and answer questions.
