Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rhonda Davies. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults ages 18 through the senior years, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, supportive, and solution-focused, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I strive to create a safe space where we can work together toward healing, growth, and emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered on each client’s individual needs and goals. I use an interpersonal and solution-focused approach to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and work through life’s challenges in a supportive environment. I believe therapy should feel safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering, and I work alongside clients to help them build insight, resilience, and lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing their concerns and goals. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, explore current challenges, and begin identifying strengths and areas for growth. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported while creating a plan that fits their individual needs and goals.
