I have been counseling a variety of populations for 15 years. I earned my Masters in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Specific areas I specialize in include family therapy, couples therapy, anxiety and depression.
I work with clients from a place of empathy, authenticity and warmth. My style is a blend of CBT, Gottman, theology and humor. I believe that clients are the experts on themselves and I am simply a guide to help them navigate difficult seasons.
Clients can expect to take away a renewed perspective on life. I aim to help clients gain insight into focusing their energy from what they cant control to what they can influence. It is my desire that through my combination of psychology, theology and humor that clients are empowered to exercise dominion in whatever area of life they are struggling in.
