I am a neurodivergent, trans therapist living and practicing in the state of Maine. I am passionate about working with neurodiverse folx and have extensive experience working with ADHDers and Autistic clients. I also work with many gender and sexual minority-identified clients.
I work with teens and young adults and provide both telehealth and in person options. I currently have limited openings.

My goal is to help you connect to your internal experience, make sense of your personal narrative, and develop new positive emotional experiences. I will hold attentive space and provide guidance on cultivating an increased sense of safety, connection, and joy within yourself and within your relationships.
