Great to meet you!

I appreciate the ability to walk alongside clients who are in times of transition in life: adolescence, college age, changes in location, career and navigating other life adjustments. Individuals, couples and families come to my practice if their desire is to gain better means of healthy communication and interactions. I bring more than a decade of clinical experience in the fields of mental health and substance use treatment. I present a unique blend of clinical skills and community engagement that include trauma-informed care (EMDR), co-occurring disorders, and culturally competent therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a client centered approach to therapy. I specialize in promoting healing and growth, assisting clients in moving towards a life where they flourish.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will include a process of establishing a safe space, grounding in the session and building rapport.
