Great to meet you!

I have a Master's Degree in Art Therapy Counseling and have worked with all age groups over the past 20 years. I love what I do and am humbled to be a part of people's healing journey and personal growth. I will hold space and listen closely. I will ask questions that will help you evolve your consciousness and bring more awareness into your behavioral and emotional patterns. Therapy ignites inner change and healing; resulting in improved communication skills, coping skills and resilience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have nearly 20 years of experience, which allows me to offer a nuanced and personalized approach. I often incorporate EMDR, Art Therapy, and CBT into my sessions. My typical client is a high functioning adult who is wanting something more from their current life situation. Therapy is more than listening; it is setting the stage for change and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Invest in yourself. Invest in your health and well-being. I will be here along the way to help you focus on your goals, hold yourself accountable, and make the changes you have been wanting in your life. I am passionate about this work because I feel honored to hold space for healing and witness the transformative changes in people’s lives.
